Integrity is about doing the right thing; it is being incorruptible, honest, and above all, doing all these things when no one is around to see it.
We want everyone around us to act with integrity; it is a fundamental value that employers look for when they are hiring. It seems like such a common trait, but if it is so common, why is it so hard to find? Maybe because doing all those things listed above, all the time, is really not that easy.
