As they claim, this new research can prove that our brain contains shapes and structures that have up to eleven dimensions. Moreover, the human brain is estimated to have 86 billion neurons.

Researchers used algebraic topology and mathematical models to understand the multi-dimensional geometric structures and spaces inside the brain networks. Also, they wrote in their research that the brain forms these structures at the same time.
Furthermore, they are intertwined in a single union that creates these precise geometric structures. According to the director of the Blue Brain Project and a neuroscientist, Henry Markram, this discovery is even more shocking than they had ever imagined.
Plus, the brain has millions of these interesting structures even in the smallest parts of the brain. Moreover, in some networks of the brain, scientists were able to find even up to eleven dimensions.
What About the Neurons?
